1. Introduction and Scope

By appointing Direct Claims Link - Claims Made Simple ("the Company," "we," "us"), you ("the Client") agree to these Terms and Conditions. We provide claims management services, including the investigation, assessment, and presentation of claims for vehicle recovery, personal injury, or financial loss following a vehicular incident.


2. Our Services

We will:

· Assess your claim to determine its viability.

· Liaise with insurance companies, third parties, and legal professionals on your behalf.

· Provide a 24/7 Vehicle Recovery Service as part of the initial claim response where applicable.

· Keep you informed of the progress of your claim at reasonable intervals.


3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of the claim, the Client agrees to:

· Provide honest, accurate, and complete information regarding the incident.

· Forward all relevant documentation (e.g., police reports, witness details, photos) promptly.

· Cooperate with any legal or medical appointments required to validate the claim.

· Not appoint another claims management company or solicitor for the same claim without our prior written consent.


4. Fees and Payment

· No Win, No Fee: Most claims are handled on a "No Win, No Fee" basis. If the claim is unsuccessful, you will not owe us a management fee.

· Success Fee: If the claim is successful, we charge a success fee of [TBC. Percentage, e.g., 25%] (including VAT) of the total compensation recovered.

· Disbursements: Any third-party costs (e.g., medical reports, court fees) will be explained to you before they are incurred.


5. Right to Cancel

· Cooling-off Period: You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days of signing without any penalty.

6. 24/7 Vehicle Recovery Terms

Our recovery service is subject to:

· Accessibility: The vehicle must be accessible via standard recovery equipment.

· Costs: Recovery costs are typically recovered from the at-fault party's insurer. If you are found at fault or the claim is abandoned, you may be liable for these costs.


7. Limitation of Liability

· While we strive for the best outcome, we do not guarantee that a claim will be successful or that a specific amount of compensation will be recovered.

· We are not liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate or withheld information provided by the Client.


8. Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR. By signing this agreement, you consent to us sharing your data with necessary third parties (insurers, solicitors, repairers) to facilitate your claim.


9. Complaints Procedure

We aim to provide a high-quality service, but if you are dissatisfied, please follow our formal complaints process:

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
